The only decision you have to make is which one of these will ultimately be the winner. You can also bet on a tie; however, the tie wager has a very high house edge so most people tend to avoid it.

The objective here is to win with a hand total that is as close to eight or nine as possible. In scoring, Aces are worth one, 2s through 9s are worth face value, and 10s, Jacks, Queens and Kings are worth nothing. Any score that exceeds nine will have 10 points removed from it so that it returns to a single digit score. There are some very complex rules that go into determining when a third card is given, but the good news is that everything is automated by the software and you won't have to memorize these in order to make a profit.
